Disgruntled Ghanaian teacher, Michael Owusu Afiriyie also known as Teacher Kwadwo who was recently sacked by the Ghana Education Service for what it describes as ‘very unprofessional, unethical and serious misconduct’ has apologized to former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama.
He rendered the apology during a live video on Facebook where he addressed issues concerning his sack by the Ghana Education Service.
According to him, it is quite unfortunate that a lot of people are politicizing his calls to fix the Ghana Education Service.
Speaking on concerns raised by some members of the NDC who feel exonerated by the termination of his appointment by the Service, Teacher Kwadwo responded saying;
“Many people say I spoke against Mahama in 2016 and for that reason, they are happy my appointment has been terminated but wait! In 2016, we joined a group of individuals to do dirty politics. I was speaking for NPP so I was definitely not going to speak good about the NDC..”
He then apologised saying;
Daddy, I’ve insulted you. I was stupid some years back and got involved in several things we had no idea about. Please forgive me”
